my role

We led the project from strategy to execution, delivering a fully integrated experience across every touchpoint. Our team developed the design strategy and creative direction, managed event planning, and crafted all visual and experiential elements, including presentation design, stage design, motion graphics, web and app interfaces, and a complete range of branded merchandise and promotional items.

the concept
At the core of the event was the idea of “AS ONE”: unity in direction, trust in one another, and alignment in action. Rather than relying on static presentations, the experience was structured to: encourage cross-functional exchange, foster dialogue and co-creation among leaders, reinforce that strategy is built collectively, not in silos.
The concept ensured that every participant became an active contributor rather than a passive attendee.

artistic approach
The visual and experiential language was rooted in clarity, structure, and timeless design, reflecting Mastercard’s identity as a global tech leader while creating an environment that felt intentional and curated.
Our artistic direction took inspiration from Bauhaus principles, where form follows function and design serves purpose. This approach allowed us to translate complex strategic content into a space that felt balanced, readable, and human.

-
Clean, minimalist layouts driven by Bauhaus geometry
-
Strong typographic hierarchy and structured compositions
-
Subtle Italian influences woven into the visual language
-
Refined use of Mastercard’s brand colors without visual overload
-
Experience design that balanced function, elegance, and emotional impact
-
The Result was a contemporary, sophisticated environment where ideas and people remained at the center of the experience.

stage design

The stage was conceived as the physical expression of the concept “As One”: a space designed to unite leadership, dialogue, and performance into one continuous experience.
We created a circular and immersive architecture that dissolved the traditional separation between audience and speaker. The layout encouraged proximity, openness, and shared focus, reinforcing the idea that strategy is built collectively rather than delivered hierarchically.

the event

To elevate the experience, we provided bespoke promotional items, including customized apparel created in collaboration with designers, and developed an interactive app that allowed participants to engage seamlessly throughout the event. Every detail was crafted to reflect Mastercard’s identity while creating lasting connections beyond the meeting.
